Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No-shows or anything after the 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows us to respect the time of your esthetician and other clients who may be waiting for availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
